Shipping Zones
Global shipping is available for all orders placed on our store.
  • For domestic orders（Australia）, free shipping is provided when the total order value exceeds AUD $99.
  • For international orders, free shipping is provided when the total order value exceeds USD $89.
  • For in-stock products, your order will be dispatched within 3 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
  • For pre-order products, the production time ranges from 7 to 14 business days, and we promise to deliver your order within 20 business days.
  • Items are estimated to arrive within 7-21 business days after being dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

Additional Information for Shopify Payment Orders
  • Billing & Shipping Address: For security reasons, the billing address must match the shipping address provided during the checkout process.
  • Order Verification: In certain instances, additional verification may be required for orders processed through Shopify Payments to safeguard against fraudulent transactions.
  • Customs & Import Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, and these charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

International Customs and Duty Fee

As we are unable to advise the exact amount of custom and duty fees, buyers are responsible for all customer and duty fees that may occur to the order once it has reached the destination.
