For hygiene purposes and because our products are handcrafted, we do not offer returns or exchanges for cases such as a change of mind or selecting the wrong size. Please double-check your size before placing your order to avoid inconvenience.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is broken, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Send your email to nailva.beauty@gmail.com, and include your order number as well as clear photos showing the issue. We will happily send a replacement or offer store credit if appropriate.
